REFUND POLICY
At Escape Squad, we provide instant digital downloads of our kids' escape room activities. Upon successful payment, you'll receive an email containing your download link, which remains active for 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, we can only offer refunds in specific circumstances. Refunds are available if the digital product has not been downloaded or if technical issues on our end prevent access to the download (which we will verify). Once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund as the product cannot be returned or deleted from your device.
If you haven't received your download link within one hour of purchase, please first check your spam/junk folder. For refund requests or download issues, please contact us at with your order number and we'll respond within 24 hours on business days. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
